Raja The Great Telugu Movie Review :
Director Anil Ravipudi’s “Raja The Great” movie is a mix of comedy and action just like his previous movies ‘Patas’ and ‘Supreme’. He gave much importance to comedy and action than story and screen play. Ravi Teja’s characterisation and his action is the big plus point to the movie. When compared to Ravi Teja’s previous movies, this character is different. Because of that difference in characterisation, audience will easily connect to Ravi Teja onscreen. Sai Karthik’s songs and background music is another plus point. Mehreen Pirzada, Prakash Raj, Sampath did justice to their characters. As usual Rajendra Prasad’s comedy timing is another plus point to the movie.
For any movie, story and screenplay is very important. Good comedy and action scenes in a good new story will entertain the audience. Telugu cinema is changing these days with new stories and new narration of the story. But still this kind of stories (Raja The Great) are keep coming. Telugu audience got bored by watching this kind of routine commercial entertainers. by infiltrating the comedy in almost all scenes of the movie will irritate the audience. Director didn’t consider the logic’s in the process of elevating the Ravi Teja’s character and in action scenes.
First half of the movie is full of comedy scenes with character introduction. By revealing the suspense part in first half of the movie, remaining movie is not much interesting. Overall “Raja The Great” is a routine commercial entertainer.
