Lie Movie Review:
The trailer of the movie showcasing Nithin and Arjun gained huge response and increased the expectations of the movie. Nithin and Arjun are the highlights of the movie and their action is the main plus point for the movie. New bee Megha Akash is ok and will impress with her acting. The production values are superior.
This is romantic revenge drama, though this kind of story is not new to Telugu Audience, the way director Hanu Raghuvapudi presented the movie is quite commendable. Most of the movie is shot in USA .
Though the director had eminent cast and a very good production house we must say that he is not completely successful in telling the story.
The movie crawls slowly in the fast half to get to the main point of the story and the audience might get bored in the process. Though there was space for comedy the director did not try to induce any comedy scenes in the movie.
The main highlight of the movie is the scenes between Nithin and Arjun whom stand apart. One gets a feel that the love track was unwillingly induced into the movie and the audience will surely feel irritated with these scenes. Comedian Madhu’s introduction and the scenes where he travels to US with hero and the heroine are very irritating.
Mani Sarma Music and BGM are very good, editing should have been more crisp. Special mention should be given to Arjun scenes and the way the character was designed is too good.
