Story & Plot:

Hero Sapthagiri himself written the Saptagiri Express story, which is an adaptation of the Tamil film Thirudan Police, which will have him in the role of a constable. The story is “how hide-and-seek continues to be played in adulthood when a thief and a cop come head-to-head”.

The film is an emotional story that focuses on the bond between a father and son. The film starts on the conflict between a disciplinarian father and his wayward son. The sub-Inspector family shifted to the same colony. He meets Aishwarya Inspector’s daughter and fell love with her.

The rest of the story is how sapthagiri becomes from a reluctant cop to a disciplined guy, who takes revenge against those who murdered his father. He also goes through an emotional upheaval when he realizes the goodness in his father who he hated during his lifetime.

Saptagiri Express Review:

Comedian Sapthagiri might not have an expected launch as a hero as the movie disappoints audience big time. Sapthagiri is known for his comedy timing while it doesn’t seem to be evident on screen this time. Shakala Shankar’s comedy is better on the other hand. This may not be a movie to have fun this weekend.

Actors Performances:

Sapthagiri has done a good job. However, the director has not used Sapthagiri’s skills to the fullest. Posani and Shakala Shankar have been at the best. Sayaji Shinde and Dr. Siva Prasad were good in their roles. Heroine Roshni has nothing to perform as per the story.

One Liner: Director Arun Pawar failed to impress the audience.

Rating: 2.5/5
