ROGUE REVIEW:

Ishan being a debutante has been charming on screen. His screen presence in the very first movie must be appreciated. His body, style, and dressing were apt and looked messy on the whole. Mannara Chopra is the main lead in the movie. Manara Chopra looks and expressions are very good when compared to her previous films.

Angela, on the other hand, is beautiful even though she doesn’t match up to the nativity. Anoop Singh played the psycho character and Ali who tries to change the begging system tickles audience. But Story is very routine in Puri Jagannath style and offers nothing new. The screenplay is very bad and fails to engage an audience. Some dialogues are good.

But the entire second half of the film goes for a toss. Puri’s narration lacks clarity and logic as every other scene goes over the top time and again. The film has so many silly scenes like these throughout and one would seriously wonder how come a great director like Puri can execute something like this. Sunil Kashyap music is okay. Visuals captured by Mukesh G are colorful and good to watch. The film’s screenplay is bad as none of the scenes impress one bit during the second half. Finally, it’s one-time watchable movie.

ROGUE Rating: 2.75/5
